NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting

Green Burial Society of Canada,

as registered in the Province of British Columbia,

will be held on

4:00 pm ADT / 3:00 pm EDT / 2:00 pm CDT / 1:00 pm MDT / 12:00 pm PDT

We are pleased to announce the GBSC 2024 Annual General Meeting, as a Canada wide event, will be returning to a hybrid meeting format with an IN PERSON and a VIRTUAL format.

This event is open to everyone. Attendees will hear about GBSC activities over the past year, from green burial service providers, and subject matter experts from across Canada.

You are invited to attend,

IN PERSON at the Gale Centre Arena, 5152Thorold Stone Road, Niagara Falls, in the Memorial Community Room. Doors will open at 2:00 pm EDT and the meeting will convene promptly at 3:00 pm EDT,

VIRTUALLY using the ZOOM video conference system via;

The ZOOM logins, AGM agenda and full meeting package will be circulated to GBSC Members and ‘Friends’ in good standing via email and posted at www.greenburialcanada.ca on or before Thursday, June 6, 2024.
